I read this book for the first time a couple of decades ago, and it made me feel hopeful. I had just graduated from college and was full of hope and probably false confidence but luckily realized that I had not learned a whole lot about building a life, or a business for that matter – a common complaint about college education even now!
This book showed me that it was possible to achieve success, whatever that means, and that success by many definitions is dependent, not on what I had learned at college, but on what I had learned about myself if I was willing to put in the effort and follow the habits that Covey outlines.
This book is an excellent resource for anyone looking to improve their life or career.

I liked the section near the end of the book where Covey talked about how we need to continuously improve ourselves in all areas of our lives, where he spoke about sharpening the saw – this really held resonance for me, both when I first read the book and again when I re-read it several weeks ago. This is something that I’ve taken to heart and strive to do every day. Whether it’s learning a new skill, reading a book, or simply trying to become a better person.

Sqribble is a cloud-based eBook creator tool. It allows you to create professional-looking eBooks, based on templates inside the tool, with a few clicks, saving you a huge amount of time and money.
Unlike other eBook creators, Sqribble immediately caught my attention because it has some really useful features I haven’t seen anywhere else.
Here are a few features that really blew me away:
Automatic content — yep, you can actually use Sqribble to fill your book with expert content, so you don’t have to write a word. This is content from around the web, based on the URL you provide. You can pull content from any URL, paste it directly, and extract it from a Word doc or from their own library of niche articles. Total game changer.
This is a HUGE time saver and a major plus for anyone who hates writing or doesn’t have time to do it.
Gorgeous eCovers — a lot of eBook tools might save time, but they turn out terrible eCovers for your books. Sqribble is different here. The covers are seriously impressive. They wouldn’t look out of place on Kindle or Amazon, and they instantly look like you’re a professional who commands trust and authority.
Create Flipbooks — this is one of my favourite things about Sqribble. You can turn your “flat” books into interactive flipbooks. This makes your digital book look and feel much more like a real book — with pages that turn (animated like a real book page turning) and make the book look like something you can reach out and grab.
Why does this matter?
It’s about standing out and grabbing attention. Plus, it’s a way to engage your readers better. If they enjoy the experience of reading your book (“flipping” the pages) they’re more likely to get value from your content and keep reading until the end where your pitch or call to action is! Another thing about flip books is that you can embed them on your website with a simple piece of code that Sqribble provides once you publish your book. Awesome!

If you’re going to be using Sqribble to create eBooks as a service to get paid, then Auto Job Finder is something that you need. It will automatically find you related jobs across various freelance websites and notify you so that you can fulfil them. A huge time saver and money earner.

Conclusion
There have been plenty of eBook creator tools in the past, but I haven’t seen any that make the entire process as smooth and quick as Sqribble. It’s surprisingly glitch-free (most low-priced tools like this are buggy as hell) and it’s packed with some really cool features.
The templates are very nice looking, the layouts are professional and the fact you can automatically add content makes this a must-have for anyone who’s tired of spending hours slaving over book design, writing content and screwing around with formatting.
The icing on the cake is the commercial license which is included. Normally vendors charge extra for this, so it’s a huge value-added bonus. The additional provided done-for-you agency website is just over-delivery.
Sqribble has been developed by Adeel Chowdhry, who is a well-known internet entrepreneur and best seller, with over ten years of experience and has previously created worldwide hits such as Pixel Studio FX which sold tens of thousands of units all around the world. He’s known for creating high-quality professional solutions and I expect no less from Sqribble.

It has six different heat settings and comes with an instructional recipe. At first glance, it looks like the Ninja’s other slow cooker models but packed with more goodies than ever before.

With a capacity of 6 people, the Ninja Multi-Cooker was by far the largest and heaviest machine out there. However, this didn’t come as much surprise considering the amazing capacity and the ultimate is that, It Can Cook!
You’ll be pleasantly surprised at just how quick this machine can cook – it may be small but there’s nothing mini about its performance! The Ninja cooker produces even temperatures across all six cooking settings which makes for very efficient cooking times. You can also remove the cooker’s ceramic pot from the heating base to make cleaning easier.
The Ninja Foodi MAX Multi-Cooker is a very impressive device and there are so many cooking possibilities, you’d be surprised how often you’ll use it!
Although it’s a very attractive-looking machine that produces good results, we feel its design may not fit into every modern kitchen and it could do with a helping hand for stability.
While we wouldn’t be labelling this product as a Ninja just yet, especially as it is probably difficult to hide in a small kitchen although why you would want to hide it we can’t even guess! Saying that, the Ninja Foodi MAX Multi-Cooker delivers good results and is quick and easy to use – it’s worth bearing in mind that there are many cooking possibilities including pressure cooking, roasting, steaming, and more so could be the perfect addition to any kitchen.

Slow cookers are a convenient way to cook meals without having to stand over the stove. They allow you to prepare a meal in advance and then let it cook slowly until it’s ready to eat. Ninja Foodi MAX Multi-Cooker is a great option because it has a variety of heat settings, so you can customize your cooking experience. This slow cooker is perfect for anyone who wants to change up their typical routine explore some new dishes and eat well despite a hectic lifestyle.

Ingredients:
-1 pound beef chuck roast
-1 onion, diced
-3 carrots, peeled and diced
-2 cups beef broth
-1 teaspoon dried thyme
-1 bay leaf
-8 small red potatoes, quartered
-2 tablespoons olive oil
-Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat the multi-cooker by selecting the ‘Sauté’ setting and add olive oil to the inner pot when it is hot. Season beef with salt and ground black pepper and brown in batches for 2 minutes per side. Remove meat from the cooker and set aside on a plate. Add onion and carrots, and sauté for 3 minutes or until the onion is transparent. Add beef broth, bay leaf, and thyme to the slow cooker and stir.
2. Return meat to the pot along with potatoes, cover, and cook on ‘High’ for 3 hours or on ‘Low’ for 6 hours.
3. Remove the lid from the multi-cooker, discard the bay leaf and transfer the beef to a plate. Using two forks, shred the meat into small pieces and return to the slow cooker with the remaining juices. Keep warm until serving time. Serve in bowls topped with fresh parsley or cilantro, if desired.

Management books are a dime a dozen. Leadership books, not so much. And ‘Leadership and The One Minute Manager’ originally from 1985, is one of those rare gems that teaches people how to become better leaders through situational leadership and make the process look like a credible shortcut.
